US Domestic Shipping
Each Offset Theory piece is made or prepared specifically for your order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the item, fulfillment location, destination, and carrier.
Tracking information will be sent by email as soon as your order is on the way.
Because some products may be produced at different facilities, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping
Offset Theory ships to many destinations worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination, product, fulfillment location, and shipping method.
Please allow approximately 7–21 business days after production for most international deliveries. Some destinations may take longer due to customs processing or local carrier delays.
Tracking information will be provided whenever available.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees depending on the destination country. When applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by local authorities.
Split Shipments
Some Offset Theory products are produced in different facilities. If you order multiple items, your order may arrive in more than one package and packages may arrive on different days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Please allow a short period for tracking information to update after your shipping label is created.

RETURNS
Returns & Exchanges
Every Offset Theory piece is produced specifically for your order. Because our products are made to order, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection.
Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the item and the problem
Once we’ve reviewed the issue, eligible orders will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Sizing
Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges when an incorrect size is selected.
Please check the size guide provided on the product page before ordering. If you’re unsure about sizing, contact us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to help.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders enter production quickly. Once production has begun, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
