HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

Most Offset Theory pieces are produced specifically for your order. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for production and processing before your order ships.

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow a little time for tracking to update after your shipping label is created.

WILL ALL OF MY ITEMS ARRIVE TOGETHER?

Not always. Some Offset Theory pieces may be produced at different facilities. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

Don’t worry—you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. Offset Theory ships to many destinations worldwide.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees depending on your country. When applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Because our pieces are produced specifically for your order, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or incorrect color selection.

Please review the size guide carefully before ordering.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

We’ll make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Eligible orders will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can enter production quickly, so changes and cancellations aren’t guaranteed once an order has been placed.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

Each product page includes sizing information specific to that piece. Because fits can vary between styles, we recommend checking the size guide before ordering rather than assuming your usual size.

WHERE ARE OFFSET THEORY PIECES MADE?

Offset Theory works with a network of production and fulfillment partners. Depending on the piece and destination, your order may be produced and shipped from different facilities.

WHY DOES MY ITEM LOOK SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE PRODUCT PHOTO?

Minor variations in color, placement, measurements, and finishing can occur as part of the production process. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear online.

These small variations are normal and make each production run slightly unique.
